Notice on the Submission of the Work Summary for 2023 and the Key Work Pan for 2024 Science Popularization Education

All specialized committees, marine science popularization education bases of CIN:
To enhance the capability of each base in terms of science popularization work, coordinate the deployment of science popularization activities throughout the year, guide more industry forces to join and support science popularization work, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Institute’s science popularization education bases. In accordance with the working plan, the science popularization work of each base in 2023 is summarized and the content of science popularization work in 2024 is planned to exchange and share experiences and ideas and enhance the capability and level of science popularization work. CIN is now concluding science popularization work in 2023 and plans in 2024, and the related matters are hereby notified as follows.
I. Submission Content
According to the implementation of key activities of popularization of science, scientific and technological volunteer services, commendations and awards related to popularization of science in 2023, as well as deficiencies in the work and suggestions for improving the capacity of popularizing science services, to systematically sort out and carefully complete the summary of the work of popularization of science in 2023 and the plan of key work in popularizing science in 2024 (see the attached files for details).
II. Submission Requirements and Notes
1. All professional committees and nautical science popularization education bases must submit the materials. The content of the activities should try to highlight the characteristics and the effectiveness of the brand work;
2. The materials submitted should contain informative and accurate data with no less than 2,000 words.
3. Please submit the above materials in Word version and scanned copy with official seal before December 6, 2023 to the designated contact email address, with the file name as "Name of your unit plus Summary of the work of popularization of science in 2023 and the key work plan of popularization of science in 2024".
