Notice on organizing the Asia Navigation Conference 2023

Asia Navigation Conference, referred to as ANC, jointly sponsored by China Institute of Navigation, Japan Institute of Navigation and Korea Institute of Navigation and Harbor Society is an international academic exchange conference in the shipping industry. It encourages the youth scientific and technical workers to engage in the industry, and go deep in the research. ANC 2023 will be organized by Korea Institute of Navigation and Harbor Society in turns and the detailed arrangement are as follows.
Ⅰ. Time and location
Time: 11.4-11.5, 2023
Location: Online Zoom Meeting Room (Chinese participants organized by the CIN through online meeting.)
Ⅱ. Content
The meeting includes the opening ceremony, keynote speeches by experts, paper exchanges in groups, closing ceremony and others.
Ⅲ. Scope of participation
Participants include government departments, enterprises, universities, research institutes, social organizations and other units engaged in research and application related to navigation, as well as experts and scholars in the field of navigation from other Asian countries and regions.
The authors of the recommended papers will be invited to attend the conference (see attached file 1), and according to their specialties, they will present their papers and participate in the prize competition in the paper exchange sessions.
Ⅳ. Other matter
1. Meeting registration. Chinese participants should send the Return Receipt (see attached file 2 ) towangyan@cinnet.cnbefore 10.20.2023. Anyone who doesn’t reply will be assumed no participating the meeting.
(二)Conference Registration Fee
The regular delegate fee is RMB750 , and the student delegate fee is RMB375. Please remit the registration fee to China Institute of Navigation (remittance account: 3547 0188 0000 01825; Bank: Beijing Hepingli Sub-branch of China Everbright Bank, with a note specifying the paper number and the author's name in Annex 1). CIN will collect and collate the remittance and transfer them to Korean Institute of Navigation and Port Research.
