Notice on the Launch of the Navigation Science And Technology Advancement Award and Technological Invention Award System by CIN

To the relevant units:
To improve the application efficiency of the CIN Science and Technology Advancement Award and Technological Innovation Award, the Science and Technology Service Information System of CIN has been upgraded and launched with modules for Navigation Science And Technology Advancement Award and Technological Invention Award. The notification is as follows:
I. Login Method
Login URL:https://kjfw.cinnet.cn, or you can enter the homepage of CIN://www.stickemin.com/.
Click on the "Sci-Tech Awards Application" icon on the homepage to enter the System, the "Sci-Tech Awards Application system shares the same URL but different entry points with Technology Evaluation system of our institute. Units that have already applied online for technology evaluation do not need to register again.
Ⅱ. Time Schedule
Given the launch time of the online application system and the progress of the evaluation work, the online application deadline for the 2023 CIN Science and Technology Advancement Award and Technological Innovation Award has been extended to October 31, 2023. Relevant units should carefully complete the application materials and submit them within the certain time through the system. It is not necessary for project application units to send paper materials for the time being.
Ⅲ. Award Acceptance Criteria
1. Projects applying for Science and Technology Advancement Award shall be innovative achievements with Chinese intellectual property rights and have achieved significant economic or social benefits. The overall technology of the awards applying for must be applied and practically verified for more than one year, i.e., the award applying for in this year should have completed the overall technology application before December 31, 2021;
2. Projects applying for Technological Invention Award shall have obtained authorized intellectual property rights, and the overall technology must have been applied and practically verified for more than one year, i.e. the award applying for in this year should have completed the overall technology application before December 31, 2021. The number of members who completed the project should not exceed six people, and the top three should be the inventors of the intellectual property rights listed in the "Catalog of Major Intellectual Property Rights" in the nomination book;
3. The application project must have evaluation certificates from third-party evaluation organizations at the provincial level or authoritative evaluation units such as CIN, possessed with third-party authoritative test certification, inspection certificates and verification materials that the state-required approval documents in relevant industries. The relevant materials should be authentic and complete;
4. The ranking of the main project completer and completion units shall in accordance with contribution, and be consistent with the technical evaluation certificate (acceptance and evaluation) documents. Where there are disputes about the applicant the completion units or intellectual property rights, they shall declare after the dispute is resolved;
5. According to the relevant requirements of the Regulations on National Science and Technology Awards and the CIN’s Science and Technology Rewards, projects with the same technical content shall not repeatedly declare similar awards through multiple channels in the same year. Once be discovered, the qualification for evaluation will be null and void ;
6. The reporting units and individuals should strengthen the cons of scientific ethics and style of study, follow the strict and serious principles of scientific and technological innovation, advocate a scientific, rational, equal and solid work style. They shall also prevent false innovation, pseudo-innovation and inflated achievements.
