To all concerned entities and individuals:
Based on the regulations of The Incentive Measures for Science and Technology of CIN, CIN has successfully organized the selection of 2023 excellent papers of maritime science and technology. A total of 68 exceptional papers have been meticulously selected as winners: 12 for the first prize, 24 for the second, and 32 for the third. The entire selection procedure has been published for public review, with no objections during the publicity period. We are pleased to unveil the complete list of the award-winning papers (see attachment).
In line with our work plan, CIN bestows certificates of honors and monetary prizes of 2,000 yuan for the first prize, 1,000 yuan for the second, and 500 yuan for the third to commend and incentivise prize winners.
This official notification is hereby disseminated to the concerned parties.
