Publicity of CIN 2023 Science and Technology Award and Excellent Nautical Science and Technology Paper Award

To all relevant units and individuals：
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Rules for the Selection of the Excellent Nautical Science and Technology Paper Award of the China Institute of Navigation(CIN), the institute conducted the evaluation for the 2023 Excellent Nautical Science and Technology Paper Awards on July 13-14. A total of 12 first prizes, 24 second prizes, and 32 third prizes were selected. We are now delighted to announce the list of proposed award-winning papers (see attachment), and we welcome supervision from the public.
If you have any objection to the candidates, please submit your opinion to the Secretariat of CIN within the publicity period. To facilitate verification and ensure fair and objective handling of objections, any objections made by organizations or individuals must be submitted in written form, clearly stating their factual identity, providing valid contact information, along with necessary supporting evidence. If an individual has any objection to the candidates, the written materials must include the individual's full name, affiliation, contact number, detailed address, and personal signature. If objections are submitted on behalf of an organization, the written materials must include the organization's name, contact person, contact information, and must be stamped with the organization's official seal. Please note, objections that are submitted anonymously, under false identities, or beyond the deadline will not be accepted.
