To all relevant units：
After CIN issuedthe First Batch of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation（CIN）for the Year 2023(issued by CIN [2023] No. 23), all relevant units actively applied for the projects.
In accordance with the relevant requirements ofthe Management Measures of CIN Standards in 2023, a total of 38 standards projects such asShore-based Radar Technology Requirements for Vessel Traffic Management Systemswere examined and approved at the 49thCouncil Meeting of CIN. The first batch of standards is now officially launched.
We urge leading units to solicit input from all parties, establish standards drafting groups, and ensure the timely completion of the standard formulation while upholding its quality and standards. We also welcome all member units, relevant universities, scientific research institutions, production enterprises and users to actively participate in the formulation of the standard.
