Notice on the CIN 2023 Annual Academic Conference and the Selection of the Excellent Nautical Science and Technology Paper Award

The China Institute of Navigation(CIN) is pleased to announce that the CIN 2023 Annual Academic Conference, which aims to fully unleash the innovative potential of maritime technology, enhance the level of maritime scientific research, encourage maritime technology professionals to engage in innovative research and development, and promote high-level self-reliance in maritime technology, will be held in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China from July 12 to 15, 2023. Please find below the specific details and arrangements.

vi. Excellent Nautical Science and Technology Paper Award Selection
Authors of the shortlisted papers for this year (see Attachment) will be invited to attend the Annual Conference. Only those shortlisted papers, whose authors have registered and participated in on-site exchange presentations will be eligible for the Selection of the Excellent Nautical Science and Technology Paper Award of the China Institute of Navigation. The award recipients will be announced during the closing ceremony.
vii. Registration
Participants in the paper exchange are requested to register and complete the payment via the " China Institute of Navigation 2023 Annual Academic Conference " registration system no later than 24:00 on June 19. Regrettably, we will be unable to accept late registrations.

The Annual Conference operates on a registration fee basis, with a registration fee of RMB2000 for each participant who attends the academic presentations and exchanges, and a discounted fee of RMB1600 for members. Transportation and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the participants.
