Nautical Science and Technology Expo will be held at the International Exhibition Center in Cangzhou, Hebei from July 11 to July14, 2023, sponsored by China Institute of Navigation (CIN) and Cangzhou municipal government of Hebei province, and co-organized by Dalian Xinghai Exhibition Business Co., LTD, with the theme of “Nautical Science and Technology Innovation Empowers New Patterns”. The Expo combines new achievements, new products and new technologies in nautical science and technology to jointly build a deep integration of government-industry-university-research-application channel, promote maritime technology innovation, popularize nautical culture and enhance national awareness of navigation and ocean.
In order to do a good job on the invitation and exhibition of Nautical Science and Technology Expo, and comprehensively improve the level of the exposition and the exhibitors' access, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Expo overview
July 11, 2023 is the nineteenth China Maritime Day. In order to further promote the carrying capacity, brand power and influence of China Maritime Day’s activities and better serve the national strategy, there will be a series of activities held in the main venue of Cangzhou municipal, Hebei province during the activity week of China Maritime Day, including the main forum of China Maritime Day , Annual Academic Conference of CIN, Nautical Science and Technology Expo, National Popularization Week of Nautical Science, etc. As one of the main activities of 2023 China Maritime Day , Nautical Science and Technology Expo will showcase the development and latest achievements of China's shipping industry, create an integrated nautical exhibition and exchange platform at home and abroad, and empower a new pattern of nautical science and technology development with the mainline of scientific and technological innovation in the upstream and downstream industries of nautical fields and beyond.
II. Exhibition area distribution
- Exhibition Area 1: Winning projects of the Scientific and Technological Progress Award and Technical Invention Award of CIN in the recent three years.
- Exhibition Area 2: Image publicity, scientific and technological achievements, key projects of nautical field and enterprises and institutions in related fields.
- Exhibition Area 3: Scientific and technological innovation and scientific research achievements of local institute of navigation, maritime colleges and universities, and scientific research institutes, etc.
- Exhibition Area 4: Nautical science and technology industry of five major areas from Water transport engineering design and planning, intelligent shipping and port construction, ship navigation and positioning, ship mechanical and electrical equipment and appurtenances, marine hydrography and meteorology
III. Booth fee
- standard booth (3m wide and 3m long) costs 10,000 RMB.(see Schematic diagram in Attachment 1)
The booth size is 3m wide and 3m long, providing two spotlights, one 220V/5A power outlet, one consultation table, two folding chairs and full carpet.
- Special booth
Special booth is divided into three classes according to the area, which are as follows:
The booth of 50m2, with an area of 5m wide and 10m long costing 50,000 RMB;
The booth of 100m2, with an area of 10m wide and 10m long costing 100,000 RMB;
The booth of 150m2, with an area of 15m long and 10m wide costing 150,000 RMB.
- Invitation policy
In order to promote the application of maritime science and technology achievements, encourage the units of nautical and related fields and the member units of CIN to exhibit enthusiastically, the following policies are formulated.
(1) 20% discount for exhibitors who are members of CIN;
(2) Exhibitors who have won the China Scientific and Technological Progress Award and Technical Invention Award of CIN in the recent three years will enjoy special discounts.
