All relevant individuals:
mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"" xml:lang="EN-US">According to the related requirements of theKey Work Plan of the China Institute of Navigation CIN in 2023(CIN [2023] No. 1), the accreditation of the first group of CIN fellow is now organized. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
Ⅰ. Conditions for accreditation of CIN Fellow candidate
(1) According toThe Measures for the Administration of Members of the CIN (Provisional)(CIN [2023] No. 4), the candidate shall be the individual members of the CIN who belong to the Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the past CIN Chairmen and Deputy Chairmen as well as are the winners of State Science and Technology Award and the CIN for a lifetime achievement award.
(2) The candidate should be firm in ideology and politics, love the motherland, abide by discipline and law, support the Party's line, principles and policies, strengthen the "four consciousness", firm in the "four self-confidence", resolutely uphold the "two maintenance", have a decent learning style, and actively practice the scientist spirit.
(3) The candidate should actively participate in the activities of the Institute, and achieve significant scientific and technological innovations or make significant contributions in navigation and related fields with a high level of expertise and social influence.
(4) The candidate should be in good health and have time and energy to participate in the work of theI mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"" xml:lang="EN-US">nstitute.
Ⅱ. Procedure for accreditation of CIN Fellow candidate
(1) Fellow candidates should fill outCIN Fellow Candidate Application Form(see Annex 1) and submit the sealed PDF version of the application and a paper copy to the Secretariat of the Institute after seeking the opinions of the organization and personnel department of the institution and stamping the official seal.
(2) The Secretariat will submit a report about the application to the leadership of the Institute for approval. The result will be announced to the public for seven working days, and will be submitted to the President’s office meeting and the Standing Council for consideration at the end of the public announcement. At last, the list of accredited CIN Fellow will be announced and the certificates will be issued after consideration.
Ⅲ. Submit materials
(1) One copy ofCIN Fellow Candidate Application Form(including PDF version and paper version);
(2) One copy of other related materials, such as the copy of Certificates of Professional Title, the State Science and Technology Award, etc. (including PDF scanned copies).
Please submit the application form and other relevant materials to the Secretariat of CIN before March 27, 2023.
