All relevant units:
According to the regulations onMeasures for the Management of Popularization of Nautical Science Education Bases of CIN, this year, I would review the popularization of nautical science education bases that have been named for 5 years and organize an expert evaluation meeting (the evaluation results are in the attachment).
After the experts' evaluation, 25 bases such as China Maritime Museum in Shanghai passed the evaluation and were rated as qualified, and will continue to be named as popularization of nautical science education bases of CIN, which is valid for 5 years. For the bases that passed the review and evaluation, new plaques and certificates of popularization of science bases will be issued.
Due to objective reasons, three bases, including Xufu Cultural Park in China, no longer bear the responsibility of popularization of nautical science activities, so we decided to cancel the naming of their popularization of nautical science education bases, and took back their plaques and certificates.
Six bases, including the Yangtze River Wuhan maritime supervision and search and rescue comprehensive training base and crew examination and evaluation base, are required to rectify within a time limit and submit rectification materials within six months for examination and approval.
The results of the base review and assessment have been considered and approved by the 30th Office Meeting of Directors of CIN and are now officially publicized.
