Content: The authors of outstanding papers will present online in groups and answer questions from online experts and the audience (15 minutes per paper).

In the form of an online exhibition hall, the award-winning achievements of China Maritime Science and Technology Award from 2018 to 2020 and outstanding achievements in the new database of major scientific and technological innovation of the Ministry of Transport will be displayed in the website of CIN, WeChat Official Account, the official account of cooperation units and other media.
5. other matters
(1) Registration and payment. The registration fee for the meeting is 2000 RMB for the authors who participate in the paper presentation and exchange (see the attachment for the list), and the preferencial price for members is 1600 RMB. The authors of papers are welcome to log in to the "meeting registration" registration system entrance of the website of CIN to register. The registration period ends on December 9, until the full quantum.
(2) Free participation. The meeting is free of charge for general participants, and colleagues in the field of navigation and related fields are welcome to click on the meeting link to watch the opening ceremony live, as well as to log in to the Voov meeting room to participate in the question-and-answer and discussion sessions of the papers presented.
(3) Other private sessions (periodical editorial board meeting, popularization of science working committee meeting, member working committee meeting, etc.) held at the same time as stated in the original notice will be held separately.
