Notice on the Printing and Issuance of “The Measures for the Administration of Science and Technology Evaluation of China Institute of Navigation”

In order to standardize the navigation science and technology evaluation activities, (hereinafter referred to as the "science and technology evaluation") , promote the specialization level and authority of navigation science and technology evaluation , establish and improve the system of navigation science and technology evaluation and service which should be scientific andnormative,objective and fair, with clear responsibilities and self-discipline development， according to China's relevant laws, regulations and the actual situation of the science and technology evaluation work of China Institute of Navigation , “the Measures for the Implementation of Scientific and Technological Achievement Appraisal(Review) of China Institute of Navigation” promulgated and implemented in 2013, were revised to form “the Measures for the Administration of Scientific and Technological Evaluation of the China Institute of Navigation”. The measures were deliberated and adopted by the third Standing Council of the Ninth Council on August 10, 2021, and are now printed and distributed to you for implementation.
