Institute introduction
China Institute of Navigation, abbreviated as CIN, was made up of the relevant units and personnel engaged in maritime work. It has been registered and established in accordance with law as a national, academic, non-profit social organization, and has the corporative qualifications of social group. It is the "bridge" and "link" for the Communist Party of China and the government to contact the marine science and technology workers, and also an important social force for the country to develop the marine science and technology and build a maritime transportation power. The main responsibility of China Institute of Navigation is to promote the culture of navigation and to respect knowledge and talents. Also, the institute advocates the spirit of "dedication, innovation, truth-seeking, cooperation", unites and organizes marine science and technology workers, remains fully committed to the Party’s basic line, taking economic construction as the central task and adhere to the guiding ideology of science and technology as the first productive force. The institute participates in and promotes the strategies of reinvigorating China through science and education and strengthening the nation through transportation and human resource and also the strategy of sustainable development, and promotes the prosperity of the maritime cause, as well as the growth and improvement of the talents in marine science and technology.
China Institute of Navigation has 27 specialized committees and two journal editorial boards,“Navigation of China” and “Marine Technology”. The business contents of the Secretariat of CIN include navigation science and technology award, navigation science and technology achievement evaluation, group standards, China Navigation Day activity organization, domestic and foreign academic exchange activities, etc. At present, the institute has more than 400 institution members and more than 6,000 individual members.

I. Responsibilities:
Responsible for relevant affairs of science and technology award;
II. Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above under the age of 35, majoring in transportation or related;
2. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in transportation, preferably with national research institute science and technology project management experience;
3. Proficient in computer and office software;
4. Good writing and strong language organization ability;
5. Careful and conscientious in work, strong in principle, good execution and professional quality;
6. Good conduct, strong teamwork spirit, good communication and coordination skills.
