Due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic, the CIN 2021 Annual Academic Conference &Navigation Science and Technology AwardPresentationConference, originally scheduled to be held in Dalian, Liaoning Province on August 5, was changed to the Party School of the Ministry of Transportation of the Communist Party of China, address: No. 229 Xinggong West Street, Sanhe City, Langfang City, Hebei Province (Yanjiao Town, Sanhe City, Hebei Province), and the time was changed to August 11. The specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Time&Place

Time: August 11,2021; registration time: August 10;

Place: Party School of the Ministry of Transportation of the Communist Party of China, No. 229 Xinggong West Street, Sanhe City, Langfang City, Hebei Province

II. Other matters

1. The theme, content and agenda of the conference remain unchanged. On the morning of August 11, there will be the annual academic meeting and the award ceremony of navigation science and technology award, and in the afternoon there will be three special forums on navigation and safety, navigation and environmental protection, navigation and intelligence.

2. Accommodation is arranged at the Party School of the Ministry of Transport of the Communist Party of China; The catering is arranged by the conference affairs group. If you have special needs, please inform the conference affairs group in advance;

3. Yanjiao is close to Tongzhou District of Beijing. The conference affairs team will uniformly arrange personnel and vehicle transfers according to the flight and high-speed rail information to Beijing provided by you. 4. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Beijing and Hebei Province, people who are from medium and high risk areas in China should not sign up for the conference.
