Notice onholdingTraining Classfor ApplicationofNavigation Science and Technology Award and Achievement Evaluation 2021
All relevant units:
The newly revised Measures for Science and Technology Awards of China Institute of Navigation was distributed in May 2020, and the newly revised Measures for the Implementation of the Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of CIN will be released soon. In order to help all units concerned understand the relevant requirements of the newly revised "Measures" and guide all relevant units to apply for Navigation Science and Technology Award and carry out the achievement evaluation work, China Institute of Navigation will hold the "Training Class for Application of Navigation Science and Technology Award and Achievement Evaluation 2021" on May 28. China Classification Society is entrusted to undertake this training, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:
Section 1 Main Contents
○Requirements for application and evaluation of navigation science and technology progress award/invention award;
○The connotation and the requirement of science and technology innovation;
○Experience sharing on application of navigation science and technology award and achievement evaluation;
○Answers to frequently asked questions on application materials for navigation Science and Technology Award.
Section 2 Form
Off-line centralized training, on-site lectures, the combination of communication and Q&A.
Section 3 Specialists
Invite experts in relevant fields to give lectures (e.g., winners and judges of previous Navigation Science and Technology Awards)
Section 4 Targeted Participants
Science and technology management personnel of each unit and declaration personnel of Navigation Science and Technology projects. The training quota allocation table of each unit is shown in Annex 1. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention, the scale of the training is limited to 80 people, and the institute will decide whether to carry out the second training class according to the needs.
Section 5 Time and Place
Time: 9:00-17:00, May 28, 2021 (personnel outside Beijing will report in the afternoon of May 27).
Place: Conference Room, 12th Floor, China Classification Society (Ship Inspection Building, No. 9 Dongzhimen South Street, Beijing). The accommodation for the personnel outside Beijing is Poly Plaza (No. 14, Dongzhimen South Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing). The agreed price is ￥500 per night, excluding breakfast. Breakfast is served on the 12th floor of China Classification Society (8:00-8:45). Please arrange to go by yourself. The training team will reserve rooms for you.
Section 6 Charge Standard
According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance "Measures for the Administration of Training Fees for Central and State Organs", the training fee will be 1,200 yuan per person. For the convenience of settlement, please transfer to the account of China Institute of Navigation in advance. The invoice will be issued on the training day. Students are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses.
