Institution introduction
China Institute of Navigation, abbreviated as CIN, was made up of the relevant units and personnel engaged in maritime work of their own free will. It has been registered and established in accordance with law as a national, academic, non-profit social organization, and has the certificate of registration of social group legal person. It is the "bridge" and "link" for the Communist Party of China and the government to contact the marine science and technology workers, and also an important social force for the country to develop the marine science and technology and build a maritime transportation power. The main responsibility of China Institute of Navigation is to promote the culture of navigation and to respect knowledge and talents. Also, the institute advocates the spirit of "dedication, innovation, truth-seeking, cooperation", unites and organizes marine science and technology workers, remains fully committed to the Party’s basic line, taking economic construction as the central task and adhere to the guiding ideology of science and technology as the first productive force. The institute participates in and promotes the strategies of reinvigorating China through science and education and strengthening the nation through transportation and human resource and also the strategy of sustainable development, and promotes the prosperity of the maritime cause, as well as the growth and improvement of the talents in marine science and technology.
China Institute of Navigation has 27 specialized committees and boasts two journal editorial boards, "Navigation of China" and "Marine Technology". At present, the institute has more than 400 institution members and more than 6,000 individual members.

Job Description: administrative clerk
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the drafting and writing of various official documents (including but not limited to the required documents, work plans, summaries, briefings and other documents as well as other documents assigned by leaders);
- Responsible for the organization of various meetings and the writing of minutes;
- Responsible for the receipt and dispatch, registration, approval, circulation, recovery, document storage and confidentiality of all kinds of documents;
- Responsible for collecting and sorting out the working information of each department, summarizing and editing the monthly work newsletter;
- Responsible for the management of various company certificates, and for the preservation of seals and the supervision of the printing;
- Complete other work assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
- College degree and above, Chinese, Chinese Language and Literature, Journalism and Communication or other related majors;
- Related working experience for more than one year (fresh graduates may be considered);
- Good writing ability, Chinese text editing ability, summary ability, good writing skills;
- Good command of computer, office software and equipment;
- Careful, patient, good conduct, good communication skills and team spirit.
Salary:
- Wage negotiable.
