All members of units and individuals,
To strengthen and improve the service to members, we hereby propose the following suggestions:
Ⅰ. Raising service awareness. CIN should adhere to the member-oriented strategy, which takes members’ development and service as a core task, members’ satisfactions as a standard of quality and level of service. The service concerned with members should be provided to fully reflect the CIN’s service purpose.
Ⅱ. Innovating working mechanism. CIN should set up Membership Working Committee to strengthen the coordination, guidance and supervision to service, improve working mechanism and constantly enhance the capacity and level of service.
Ⅲ. Optimizing service methods. CIN should compile members’ service manual, refine its service, and clarify their rights and obligations. CIN’s website, official accounts and membership management system should be improved to facilitate admission, fee payment, inquiry and contact, etc.
Ⅴ. Improving liaison mechanism. CIN should smooth members’ communication channels, timely response to their demands and feedback on their suggestions and opinions.
Ⅳ. Broadening members’ development channels. CIN should encourage individuals to apply for admission to CIN via their units, explore sharing membership with local navigation institutes.
Ⅵ. Establishing a member center. CIN should enhance the contact with members and carry out member service locally via resources like CIN’s branches, member units and local navigation institutes.
Ⅶ. Exploring the establishment of the fellow system. CIN should attract high-level experts, scholars and craftsmen to join in and strengthen the service and liaison to the fellows.
Ⅷ. Improving members’ sense of fulfillment. CIN should integrate the service with works such as academic activities, science and technology service, think tank research, international cooperation, science popularization, cultural construction, talents recommendation, achievements commercialization, and encourage members to participate in the above activities and give top priority and fee reduction and other preferential treatment.
