All units concerned,
Based on the regulations of "The Incentivee Measures for Science and Technology of CIN", CIN organized the selection of 2020 excellent papers of maritime science and technology and held Excellent Papers Exchanges for CIN Academic Annual Conference on November 16-17 in Guangzhou. In accordance with relevant provisions and requirements, the Experts Evaluation Panel reviewed and selected "thirty-nine papers in the third prize, fifteen the second and five the first" (see the appendix).
The results are published on CIN website for five days in order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and openness of the selection, . If any unit or individual has any objection to the content of the publicity, please report to CIN in written form and real name. The materials reflecting the situation in the name of the unit should be stamped with the official seal; the materials reflecting the situation in the name of the individual should be signed with the real name and the effective contact information shall be provided.
