To all organizations concerned:
China Institute of Navigation’s “2016 Scientific Nautical Marine Power Booster Strategy” academic conference was officially launched on January 29th, 2016. During the event, various relevant organizations responded positively and actively contributed academic papers. So far, the Secretariat has received 462 papers (see Annex), and completed the registration of papers submitted. The task remains now is to publish these papers.
According to relevant regulations such as "Chinese Maritime Society Outstanding Paper Award Selection Method", the secretariat will operate strictly in accordance with said regulations with the selection procedures and thesis review, and publish the assessment results timely.
