In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) on Soliciting Major Scientific Issues, Engineering technical Problems and Industrial Technical Issues in 2022 (General Office of the CAST [2022] No. 19), China Institute of Navigation (CIN) has decided to collect problems about science, engineering and industrial technology (hereinafter referred to as the problems).
Since the beginning of 2018, CIN has been actively cooperating with CAST on the annual collection of problems. In 2021, the issue of How to Break Through the Technical Difficulties of Equipment Manufacturing and Safety Guarantee of Oceangoing Voyage recommended by CIN was selected as one of the 10 major engineering technical problems in 2021. In addition, CIN was also awarded the titles of Excellent Recommendation Unit of 2021 and Excellent Organization Unit in 2018-2021. This year, CIN will continue to pay attention to industry news and lead original scientific research and carry out the work of formulating plans, establishing relevant organizations, selecting and recommending problems in the navigation field according to the requirements of the organization recommendation procedure in the notice.
Please read the notice in detail (see Attachment 1) and cooperate with the collection and recommendation of problems.
Please fill in the relevant contents in the prescribed format (see Attachment 2 and 3) and send it to the designated email address by 15 March 2022. There is no limit to the number of recommendations, and overdue will not be accepted.
