Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transport will effectively combine learning with doing, combine investigation with reform, make theoretical learning more systematic and in-depth, adhere to problem-oriented investigation and research for pragmatic and effective development, review and rectify the core difficulties. Moreover, we will make solid progress in themed education, focusing on the construction of major transport infrastructure projects, supporting the implementation of national strategies, vigorously promoting the development of multimodal transport, and improving the quality of transport services.
Next, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation will organize cadres and staff to carry out the "To the Front Line" special action, to further learn ideas, go to the grassroots, promote development, and be a pioneer. Solve problems with a down-to-earth and deeper investigation of the real situation.
As the value of a theory is to guide practice, the purpose of learning is to apply it in reality. The Department of Transport of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region takes investigation and research as an important content of thematic education, defines five department-level research topics such as the research on investment and financing policies for the sustainable development of highway traffic construction, and determines a number of research sub-topics on the comprehensive management of transport carried out by the department units (divisions). It has formed a pattern of investigation and research work in which the leading group of the Party Committee takes the lead, subordinate units of the department (office) follow closely, and all Party members and cadres above the deputy department level participate. It has realized a joint investigation and research work to realize the coordination of the main line, gather wisdom from all officials in the department, and jointly develop a new development paradigm.
In the first quarter of this year, Ningxia completed 1.66 billion yuan of fixed asset investment in roads and waterways, achieving a "good start". In the next stage, Ningxia will focus on project construction, management innovation, and green and intelligent development in the field of transportation, with an emphasis on establishing a pilot demonstration area of green transportation development in the Yellow River Basin. Focusing on five aspects, such as accelerating the construction of the main framework of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network and implementing the reinforcement and strengthening of the chain of comprehensive freight hubs, we will focus on projects, expand investment and stabilize growth, and turn the enthusiasm and energy inspired by themed education into practical results in promoting high-quality development.
To deepen and substantiate thematic education, the transportation system of Shanxi Province carried out in-depth investigations by adhering to a problem-oriented approach. The local government investigated the actual situation at the grassroots and to the frontline and found effective solutions for key and difficult issues. With the focus on building a strong transportation province, comprehensive and overall measures are taken to address the weaknesses and sources encountered in implementing new development concepts, pattern, and promoting high-quality development. Moreover, people's livelihood on safe and convenient travel is also taken into consideration, with the focus on solving the issues such as inadequate highway security projects, new energy supply facilities, and accessibility facilities.
