Li Hui, Deputy Director of Division of Talents of Ministry of Transport, and Mr. Dong Yu arrived at CIN on the afternoon of October 11th, 2016 to inspect and guide this year’s work of national qualification evaluation of series of senior professional technical posts on shipping. The leaders from the Division of Talents were warmly received by Yu Shicheng, Managing Vice Director of CIN and Wang Qun, Secretary General of CIN and others CIN members.
In terms of the application for the evaluation of senior technical posts that CIN conducted in line with the requirement of the Division of Talents, Director Yu introduced the progress and its preliminary evaluation results in detail to Director Li and Mr. Dong Yu. Director Li expressed his appreciation towards CIN for its continuous support and hard work to support the Ministry of Transport in organizing and carrying out the evaluation work.
Director Li and Mr. Dong Yu inspected this year’s application materials and made instruction on the evaluation of senior technical posts. The leaders had an in-depth discussion with the relevant staff on the controversial issues in the process of the preliminary evaluation, and they also provided solutions. At last, the leaders fully affirmed the earnest and rigorous working attitude of the related CIN staff as well as their organization and implementation of the preliminary evaluation work.
This year’s preliminary evaluation of application for senior technical posts had been basically completed, as was required by the Division of Talents of the Ministry of Transport. According to the requirement, CIN would organize experts of Evaluation Committee to attend this year’s National Evaluation Conference on Series of Senior Technical Posts on Shipping in early November.
